What a day in the Smoky Mountains! We saw 23 different black bears in the park today, including these four cubs. I watched them graze in a meadow for a half hour before mom decided she needed a break and sent them up this tree for nap time. (Not the best photo, but it captures the cuteness)

Giant pumpkins, Church in the chapel for a message on Bartimaeus, and a concert from Season 9 The Voice runner up Emily Ann Roberts. OMG she was amazing! She did a set from her new Album “Can’t hide Country”, which was wonderful. Check it out if you are a country fan!

Getting a Covid booster
Today, my first since delta.
I know it doesn’t necessarily protect from infection, but the virus is exploding right now (eight calls yesterday alone!), which makes me think it’s not a bad idea.
Getting a flu shot too, because we are seeing flu cases as well.
