Seeking music and art teachers who wish for full control of their business and a beautiful lesson room to teach their lessons. If you are looking to rent a room to maximize your teaching time, please contact us.

Teachers all run their own business without losing precious teaching time driving from student to student. Teachers have full autonomy in three comfortable, air-conditioned and heated, 11 X 10 foot rooms, and one 11 X 20 room. Piano teachers can enjoy three 2014 K. Kawai baby grand pianos and one upright Yamaha piano that we kept tuned twice per year. We have high speed internet and TV's that can caste from your phone to play music or videos.

We do optional student events teachers can participate in that keep students motivated such as haunted musical houses, holiday recordings, holiday caroling, drum making nights, scale competitions, saloon recitals, and one big recital off campus. If you have a fun event in mind, feel free to start it! We have no manager and we all charge tuition prices that work for each of us.

Teachers book lesson times on a shared google calendar and pay tuition on the last teaching day of the month. Tuition is 20% of total monthly lesson tuition. Piano rentals is an additional $10 per month. Easy, simple, honest, and fun! All teachers must show proof of insurance (which costs about $45 per month). This is neither an employee or independent contractor job. This is a room rental opportunity with like minded music teachers.

Parents and students love our teaching space and prefer to come to our studio. Please come into see us if you'd like to see our space. We teach around 2:00 - 8:00 Monday - Thursday and Saturdays 8:00 a.m. - noonish. You are welcome to book other teaching times that fit your schedule.
