What is a chemical peel?
A chemical peel is a procedure in which a blend of acids is applied to the outer layer of the skin to promote a chemical exfoliation.
Who would be the ideal candidate?
Any patients who are looking to get a light to deep exfoliation to help textural issues, pigmentation or an anti-aging treatment. Patients must not be allergic to aspirin, lactating or pregnant.
When would be the most ideal time to receive this treatment?
When it is cooler outside and you have about two weeks for the peeling process.

Why would you choose chemical peels instead of other treatments?
Chemical peels can be very customizable to your skin. Its intensity can be controlled by your esthetician. The chemical peel is great for patients who have a higher Fitz-Patrick score so it is safer to help improve pigmentation. Unlike lasers, chemical peels also provide a “reset” to your skin by exfoliating the top layers off to reveal the softer and newer skin.
How can chemical peels help you?
Chemical peels can help exfoliate from a deeper level revealing new skin. Patients with dark spots may notice improvements in the pigmentation. Patients with fine lines may notice some improvements with the chemical peels. Acne patients may notice the improved texture of skin and inflammation with chemical peels.

What is Microneedling?
Microneedling is a procedure also known as Collagen Induction Therapy. It also has many other names such as the “Vampire Facial.” This treatment is utilizing a pen with fine needles which rapidly pulsates to stimulate collagen and elastin through controlled wound healing.
Who would be an ideal candidate?
Patients who are looking to maintain optimal skin health, anti-aging results, and soften scar tissue.
When would be the most ideal time to receive this treatment?
3 weeks prior to any major events. The optimal time to see results is at 3 weeks.

Why would you choose micro needling instead of other treatments?
Microneedling has very little downtime compared to traditional chemical peels or ablative lasers. Patients usually feel warm similar to a sunburn for about 2 days. On the third day, patients may experience a light flaky appearance as the skin heals. Then you are left with rejuvenated skin!
How can micro needling help you?
Microneedling can help rejuvenate the skin and with scar revision. Pore sizes are improved with this treatment. If pairing with PRP, (Platelet Rich Plasma) patients will be more “wowed” with their results. This happens because the body will recognize its own PRP which contains your own natural growth factors.

PRP therapy is used in hair restoration for natural looking results. With a thin needle, your own Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) is injected in scalp. Then the growth factors in your blood cells kick in and natural stimulate hair growth. This treatment can be combined with microneedling to expedite hair growth process. .
⏱How frequently do I need to get treatments?
Count on being delivery with treatments scheduled 4-6 weeks apart. A total of 4-6 treatments is recommended. Your hair cycle is very specific, new crops of hair can be stimulated during their natural growth cycles (same holds true for hair removal)
😷Pain level:
Minimal with topical lidocaine. A DEP (Depoportion machine) was used to after topical lidocaine to pe*****te topical lidocaine to depths of 3mm into patients' dermal skin layers. Very effective for patient comfort. It is very effective when used in scalp! 💰Average (in Orange County, CA) $1,725/treatment .
Who is a candidate? 💉💉
Patients with alopecia, thinning hair or those who have failed or reached suboptimal results with Rogaine & Propecia, those who are looking for a more natural/holistic approach to hair restoration. BEST candidates: patients experiencing miniaturization of hair follicles without a significant amount of hair density loss related to death of actual hair follicles .
How effective is PRP for hair restoration?
Studies have shown improvement of up to 50-70% in some individuals.
Topical Lidocaine was used prior to PRP injections for hair restoration. A DEP (Dermoeletrical Portation) machine was used to further pe*****te the Lidocaine 3mm into patient's scalp for comfort.
Patient was unable to feel the tip of a cotton tip applicator after DEP was used on the left side of his head/temporal region (as visualized in the video). Patients comfort comes first 😷💉❤️👌🏽
