Elevns Healing

The last couple years have felt like a hibernation away from everything to get through grad school and deepen Self. As the seasons change, having the chance to see the fall foliage here in Virigina was a needed symbol for psyche, as I prepare for one last hibernation this winter, going deep into thesis writing to complete a 2.5 year journey. As spring returns in March and I graduate, I will emerge as a depth psychotherapist.

Like a snake shedding it's skin, another 7 year cycle comes to an end turning 42 next April. A feeling of regeneration, continuing to deepen the ways of service in the helping professions. Coming into this cycle as a reiki and kambo practitioner utilizing energy and sacred medicine, I complete this cycle with the honor of helping others tend to their soul and unconscious through healing dialogue. Looking forward to the next cycle as I cross this threshold. Much gratitude for my fiance and best friend for her unconditional support and loving presence. .in.flow 🙏💛🌟

Grateful to have landed at a new MFT trainee site, a substance use treatment center, where I'll be a part of their ketamine assisted psychotherapy program. A big reason in wanting to become a licensed therapist was the opportunity to utilize psychedelics through a psychotherapy lens to treat mental health and help the individuation process. In addition I'll be training with for KAP this year, which I'm looking forward to.

Ketamine assisted psychotherapy has shown promise and efficacy in treating treatment-resistant depression, ptsd, and substance use. The potential for psychedelic assisted psychotherapy is a promising new field, and I'm thrilled for the opportunity. 🙏🌟💛

The high of being accepted to their I Am Healing team had me on cloud nine, only to be deflated when humanity was put on hold. It's always an honor to serve a friend, light sister, and fellow Reiki Master sound healer extraordinaire.  Looking to release all that no longer serves her soul purpose, the Kambo flowed beautifully bringing on a powerful purge quickly.  Before she knew it she had finished sitting in her ceremony.  Generally one sits with Kambo for 20 - 40 minutes or until all that needs to come up has been purged.  Once the points are removed, everything subsides fairly quickly within 15 minutes, and the resting phase is a great time to reflect and receive downloads.  Great work sister and thank you Kambo. 🙏🐸❤
