Get out to Founders Day in Algonquin this weekend and swing by the Knights of Columbus tent to try out Pork Belly Skewers made by yours truly! I have a feeling they will go fast, so make sure you get there early! Pair it up with some corn, fries, cheese curds, or put them on top of a burger! The Knights always do a fantastic job with the food they serve.

Check it out! Not your average jalapeño poppers. Jalapenos, stuffed with cream cheese, cheddar cheese, sausage, a garlic jalapeño seasoning, wrapped in bacon, smoked to perfection. They are on my a la carte menu! Order now!

Big Foote BBQ and the LITH-Q team had a respectable showing at Westmont Red, White, & BBQ competition this weekend! All though we didn’t bring home the win, we made some great food, met a lot of great people, and most importantly, had a blast.

That being said, if you wanna try some of this competition grade bbq, call me for a catering, I still have some spots available for graduation season!

WOW! What a weekend! 40lbs of brisket, 4 turkeys, and some sides. (Yes I make my own sides as well so don’t forget about those!) It may not seem like a lot for a big company, but this had me running all weekend and I cannot express how grateful I am for my wonderful customers who supported me this weekend. A special shout out to my old friend Andy Hernandez. Andy reached out to me and just wanted to buy a turkey to support me, and I could do what I wanted with the turkey. He ended up buying two, which I matched two as well, and we were able to donate them to the St. Mary’s church in Huntley to help 4 families make their Thanksgiving a complete. This will become a tradition at Big Foote BBQ and I can only hope we will do 8 turkeys next year. Thank you so much again. Don’t forget this weekend is a glazed pork loin. Think pork chops, but in roast form. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving!

I will be cooking pulled pork next Saturday! $15/lb +tax. 10mi radius of Huntley. Delivery between 2-5pm. You get the pork, buns and sauce. DM me with your orders by Thurs end of day.
