(Planning Meals for a Family) June 15, 2023, 1:00pm This class is geared toward adults learning how to plan meals to meet their weekly goals of eating healthy. Using My Plate as a guide to enjoy healthy food, and balance their calories and eat less to avoid oversize portions. Encouraging everyone to make half their plate fruits and vegetables in their easy meal planning.
