The send off we have gotten from our customers this week has been absolutely incredible and humbling.

Due to rising costs and lack of staff, we regret to inform our loyal customers, friends and family, that 3rd Base will serve our final meals on Thursday, October 13, 2022. We will be open for lunch and dinner. Our closing time for that day will vary depending on the product and staff we have that evening.

We appreciate all of the support we have been given over the last 20 years. It has been an honor and a pleasure to serve our customers and our community.

We will be closed all day on Wednesday, October 5th due to staff shortages.

If you are going to need wings for Saturday’s game, you can call and place your order on Friday (all day) or we will be answering the phones by 10:00 am Saturday for orders as well. We will have a limited number that we can have ready by 11:00 am, make sure you get yours ordered.

Robert left footprints on all of our lives.

We will be closed all day on Thursday, September 8, 2022 so that our staff can attend Robert’s funeral and say our final goodbye to a big part of our 3rd Base Family. We ask that you keep Robert’s family and all that loved him in your thoughts and prayers.

We will reopen on Friday at 11:00 am.

For our customers that have asked about services for Robert. Also many of you have asked how you can help. For the next 2 weeks, we will be accepting donations to help ease the financial burden on his family.

It is with great sadness that we let our customers know that we have lost a beloved member of our 3rd Base family. Robert Lands unexpectedly left this world last night. Robert was a constant at 3rd Base, the one we all loved and looked to for kind words and guidance. He was the first to lift someone up that was down, the first to crack a joke and make you feel better and the one that never let you walk out the door without saying "Good Job Today." Robert took pride in his job and the food he cooked. He was the best at what he did.

Our thoughts and prayers are with his wife Trish, his father Jimmy and the rest of this family.

Please keep us all in your prayers as we navigate the days and weeks ahead.

As we have arrangements, we will post for anyone that may want to offer their condolences to his family.

We are in need of Cooks and at least 1 server. Must have reliable transportation, be prepared to show up for work on time. If you know anyone, send them to us to fill out an application.

As you prepare to watch the games this weekend and if you are calling in orders for carryout, please consider tipping your servers for preparing your orders. Our staff work extremely hard on game days making sure that not only our dine in customers have good food, but that our carryout customers do as well. They take time away from their dine in customers to get your food packaged and ready for you to pick up on time. Please be considerate and show your appreciation.

We are hiring servers! No experience necessary, we will train you.

We had a special guest at 3rd Base this last week. Y’all know him?

We have been notified by our service provider that we could experience phone and internet disruptions tomorrow, June 2nd. We will be open for business during all normal business hours. However, you may experience difficulties in calling us or submitting GrubHub or GrubSouth orders. We expect the disroto be resolved within a couple hours from when it starts. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

With gratitude we salute the ones that gave it all! As you gather with family and friends this weekend, take time to remember the ones that made the ULTIMATE sacrifice with their life so we could be free!
