There are a lot of therapies available out there, but as a Lymphatic Drainage Specialist of 18 years, trained in complete medical massage and decongestive therapies, and also a background in nursing…. Please be careful scheduling with someone who is not completely certified in LDM. They are not trained to identify blood clots, seromas, fibrosis or other serious conditions. And the one of machines or suits when you have had surgery, have edema or lymphedema or venous insufficiency can cause damage. A highly trained, certified therapist is the only person you should receive lymphatic therapies from.
