Today, we would like to shine a spotlight on our amazing, Dr. Copeland! He has been practicing in the Huntsville area since 2017 after moving here with his family from the Houston area. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Dorothy, and 2 sons, Cullen and Carter, usually on a soccer field 🤪. He loves his patients and has enjoyed getting to know them and their families over the years. We are truly blessed and grateful to have his compassionate, down-to-earth dental care In Huntsville.

Team Member Spotlight
Once a month, we will begin showcasing one of our team members. This month, we’d like you to give a big HELLO TO SAVANNA!
She is one of our wonderful hygienists at Copeland Family Dentistry. She grew up in Kentucky and has been in dentistry since 2014. She and her husband, Jay, moved to Texas in 2020, and she joined our office in May 2022.
They have 3 dogs-Stella, Ace, and Tilly. When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with her hubby and fur babies on Lake Conroe.
Her favorite part of her job is 100% the patients! She loves connecting with people and the great conversations she gets to have with everyone in her chair. She loves serving others and is grateful that her job allows her to do so every day.
We truly enjoy having her as a part of our team! She is fun, kind, and takes great care of all her patients.

August is ORAL HEALTH AWARENESS MONTH!

Swollen gums are never normal or healthy. Swollen or inflamed gums often bleed and appear bright red in color due to an increased blood flow to the affected site. If you see red, puffy gums when you inspect your mouth, do not assume they will get better on their own. The name for inflammation of the gum tissues is gingivitis.
