Down here in the South, we're about full to the brim with sweets and carbs and booze!
Time for a lil detox and self love. Bathing suit season comes MUCH earlier here!!!
We're all getting back to healthy living and better choices. Today we did Egg Roll in a Bowl.
We'll eventually go full Mediterranean diet...for now we're acclimating and cleansing! ❤️

Today's combination:
Sliced cabbage, onion, smoked sausage, and pierogi. Pour a sh** ton of butter on it, garlic salt and pepper, throw that beast in the oven.
