So we had planned to open tonight, but we still have some stranded staff and aren't looking to strand anymore. If roads stay clear through the night and are open tomorrow hopefully we can see you tomorrow night. As for tonight we will remain closed. Keep it safe tonight.

This is a stout brewed by Yellowhammer aged in our very own Maker’s Mark selection “Cherry Cola” Barrell.

We will be offering $5.00 half glass sample from 5:00-7:00pm. Full pours are of course available throughout the night.

We have been given advanced knowledge alien attack is imminent. The alien invasion will begin tomorrow night at 7:00. We have been given warning we will be ground zero for the beginning stages of the alien invasion. However, we will fight, we will serve cocktail, we will persevere!

Thursday October 26th between the hours of 6:00-8:00pm we will be doing a small intimate wine tasting featuring Orin Swift. We will be highlighting 7 different varietals. We will begin with Mannequin Chardonnay as we lead into the 6 Reds of the evening. Our Red Blends are Abstract, Machete, Eight Years in the Dessert, and Papillon. Along with a Napa Cav Palermo and a Pinot Noir Slander. This is a very limited engagement ten seats available $50.00 per seat. Guests of the evening will have a rare opportunity to place orders for bottles or cases at a very steep discount. Prince’s Limousine - our next feature of the Spring into Summer menu. Every spring/summer needs a daiquiri somewhere in it. This riff on the daiquiri uses a Haitian Rhum Agricole coming from Port Au Prince and aged in French Limousin Casks…see what we did there…Rhum being a product of sugar cane as opposed to molasses brings a bit more of the earth and grassy notes and tends to not be quite as sweet and syrupy as traditional rum. Countered this with raw sugar. Lime because it’s daiquiri. Peychauds bitters are used to play into the earthiness of the Rhum and mint as an effervescent garnish to blend the floral herbal notes of the bitters and earth of the Rhum. So since every sunny season needs a daiquiri, here’s ours! The “Prince’s Limousine”

This weeks feature from “Spring into Summer” is our “Desert Flower Mule”. This is a fun play on a Moscow Mule. However, instead of vodka we swapped in a very clean mezcal and used prickly pear for summer flavor. Mezcal can be quite polarizing for some people, but this cocktail does a great job of taking the mezcal and making it a part of the flavor as opposed to mezcal AND the flavor. If you don’t think you could ever like mezcal, this a great opportunity to give it a try. We present our “Desert Flower Mule”

This week we would like to highlight another of our feature cocktails from our “Spring into Summer” menu. “Pimm my Rye”. Here we incorporate Pimm’s No. 1, a recipe liqueur rarely used for anything outside of a “Pimm’s Cup”, with Elijah Craig rye whiskey. Though not our standard cocktailing rye, we really enjoy how Elijah Craig rye with its sweet aromatics yet earthy grassy spice flavors play into the floral sweet funkiness of the Pimm’s. This complements with hibiscus honey for the sweet and the floral, cucumber for fresh and bright, and Dandelion tincture for earth and spice. This is a cocktail very methodical in nature but drinks easy and simple.
We were trying to encapsulate the seasons with these cocktails….”Pimm my Rye” is a perfect cocktail for outside drinking weather. Enjoy!

Each week we will be looking to highlight a drink from our “Spring into Summer” cocktail menu. Welcome to our first feature of many this season.

Loud & Clear - This is a cocktail we have worked on for a while to get where and how we wanted. We have been playing with different acids, such as Citric and Malic and the like to replicate citrus flavors such as a lemon juice. We wanted to use these to recreate the bright and fresh flavors of a Lemon Drop Martini but with a sophisticated spin. We are very proud to present our “Loud & Clear”.
