This is how Realtors are going to work everyday lately 😆
Seriously people it’s a jungle in the real estate world right now. Just a few examples:
* My last listing sold before it even hit the market.
* The other day I showed a house the first day it was on the market at 10am and before 3:00 the sellers had already accepted an offer well over asking price.
* Most homes are receiving multiple offers within first days on market. Highest I’ve heard is one that had 50 offers 🤯 (which is extreme but it happened)
* So that means if you are even thinking about selling let’s talk! Home values have increased a lot just in the last year and most homes are selling within the first few days on the market.
* If you’re buying then make sure you have a good Realtor going to battle for you because you will be competing against multiple offers. And May the odds be ever in your favor 🤞😆
