Did you know that any fruit with a stone in the center (more commonly called a pit) is classified as a stone fruit?! For our Stone Fruit Sorbet, we blend together plums, peaches, and nectarines for a sweet, slightly tart scoop!

Tickets will go LIVE THIS WEDNESDAY at 3pm on our website. Tickets are limited for this intimate event, so don’t wait!
We had the chance to connect with Hunter earlier this year and also had the distinct pleasure of eating two incredible meals at his restaurant in Jackson, . Hunter is incredibly talented, and we couldn’t be more excited to work together to bring you this unique, one time event!
More about Hunter:
In 2020, Hunter opened his first restaurant, Elvie’s, inspired by his grandmother from New Orleans. Elvie’s offers a modern take on classic French cuisine through the lense of southern ingredients and traditions that provides an intimate and unique experience for guests. Elvie’s was included in the New York Times Top 50 Favorite Restaurants of 2022 and Hunter was named a James Beard semi-finalist for Best Chef South in 2023 and a finalist in 2024. Hunter is also the new owner of one of Jackson’s oldest and most iconic restaurants, , where he’s restoring it to its former glory.

Welcome back, Almond Peach Cardamom!! 🍑
One of our most-requested flavors has made its 2024 debut. Toasted almond ice cream, peach cardamom jam, and candied almonds - a late summer symphony! Fun fact: almonds and peaches come from the same genetic family, lending to their match-made-in-heaven pairing! This year we are also featuring this scoop as a sammie on a crinkle sugar cookie finished with toasted almonds.

We have a few sourdough bread bakers in our pastry kitchen, so we’ve decided to take advantage of their talents (and sourdough starters). Toasted sourdough bread is infused into our mascarpone ice cream, then we layer in our fig jam bursting with citrusy notes from fresh orange zest.

Our hearts are incredibly full. Ten years ago we were just two kids in their 20s who wanted to build something special for their community. Today, we’re just so grateful for that same community who has given us more than we ever could have imagined.
We spent the day celebrating with so many of you at our Avondale shop today, and it was a dream. It’s hard for us to fathom the way you actually care about something we built. The way you allow us to be a part of the fabric of your life. The way you trust us to be a part of your best days, and also your worst days. It’s an incredible privilege that we never take for granted.
We’ve poured all of ourselves into this place for the past 10 years. Getting to see you embrace it, love it, and make it your own place is something that is hard to put into words. We’re humbled, eternally grateful, and full of so much love for all of you. Thank you 🙏🏻

In our early days, this Sammie showed me if I can dream it, I can create it. At the time of this creation, we were happily working out of a 300 square foot window-less kitchen. That kitchen helped me realize the sky is the limit, and to always dream big!

Trent and Jen are family to us, we have been using their strawberries going on 10 years now. It is always an exciting spring day when we receive our first Harvest Farm strawberry delivery. Winter has gone and spring has arrived, thrilling for both a farmer and ice cream shop— spring is always warmly welcomed!
This year was a bumper crop of strawberries and we have thoroughly enjoyed each beautiful berry. As strawberry season winds down, be sure to grab a scoop before it’s over!
