We make our delicious sweet potato party biscuits in-house. Imagine pairing them with savory country ham, spicy jalapeño blackberry pepper jelly, and fresh micro beets from Short Creek Homestead. The result? An absolutely incredible hors d'oeuvre that will surely impress your guests!

I’m not Cuban, I wasn’t born in Cuba, but it’s in my blood,” says Karlene, the daughter of Cuban parents. “I want to stay true to the people who come from Miami, so when they come here they get a taste of home. It’s nostalgic for them, not just in the food and the conversation, but in the artwork and in the music as well.” 

Thank you Sarah for bringing in Dad for his birthday and get his empanada fix on. I was happy to give y'all a taste of Miami and experience our Cuban culture through the food, music, stories, art and most importantly coffee.
