Just wanted to remind everyone that we have two exciting cooking classes coming up in August during the Huntsville Restaurant week!

On Saturday, August 10, we'll be hosting a Thai cooking class featuring two delicious dishes: Larb Chicken and Pad Thai. It will be a hands-on and informative class, as always.

Following that, on Saturday, August 17, we will be having a sushi-making class. During this class, we'll be making 5 pieces of Sushi nigiri and two rolls: a California Roll and a Rainbow Roll.

Many of you probaby don't know what this is. It's Thai basil that we grow ourselves.

Thai basil isn’t your regular basil. This aromatic herb has a distinct licorice-like flavor with a hint of spice, making it perfect for those bold Thai dishes we all love. Its purple stems and green leaves not only look pretty but also very flavorful.

Our Thai basil is a versatile ingredient, featured in many dishes on our menu, such as Basil Stir Fried, Drunken Noodle, Spicy Fried Rice. It's a key ingredient of Thai cuisine.

Last night, we hosted a party to celebrate the graduation of our staff members, who achieved significant milestones by graduating from high school and college this year. This annual tradition not only recognizes their achievements but also serves as a powerful testament to the impact of our collective support on their educational journey, a cause we can all be proud to be a part of.

It is one of my proudest moments as a restaurant owner to see that they are moving on with their lives and that Phuket is a stepping stone to reaching their goals. A simple moment like this makes us proud and feel a sense of community that Phuket is a part of. We believe in the power of education, and we are inspired by their hard work in school that will undoubtedly lead them to success.

Thomas, on the left, will go to an art school in Missouri. Jaden, in the middle, will join the military school. Ashton, on the right, graduated from UAH and will move on to the next chapter of his life.
