Northbound Traffic: turn west on Imlay City Road (Capac Street at the traffic signal) to Lake Pleasant Road, then north to Clear Lake Road, then east back to M-53.

Southbound Traffic: please turn west on Clear Lake Road to Lake Pleasant Road, then south to Imlay City Road, then east back to M-53.

Please follow all posted detour signs and drive safe. Thank you.

Dear Patients of Imlay City Family Practice,

Beginning April 15, 2024, Griffin Longley, PA will no longer be a provider at Imlay City Family Practice. Griffin is pursuing a position with an orthopedic surgeon where he will be working in the operating room. It has been a pleasure to have Griffin on our team. We are wishing him the best on his new endeavor.

Patients who had an appointment scheduled with Griffin on or after April 15, 2024 have already been contacted and rescheduled to another provider here. Please note, this does not impact our appointment availability as our schedules are built to accommodate these types of changes.
