The man, the myth, the legend...Mike DiFabion at his finest! After starting the company 21 years ago, he is still involved from the first client appointment to the final walk through.

We are proud to announce the 2021 winner of The Gold Jack Invitational golf tournament is our very own, Michael DiFabion! After hours of playing in the heat in North Myrtle Beach, he took home the iconic winner’s jacket. Doesn’t he look snazzy in this? Who knows, this style might come back around!

We would like to introduce our newest carpenter, Anthony Ates! Born and raised in New Orleans, LA, Anthony has been in construction since 1977and never looked back! His specialty is framing, but he also excels with rough and finish carpentry, and a broad range of trade skills. Anthony has one child and loves to vacation in Destin, Florida where he owns a nice vacation spot. In his spare time, he works in his micro vineyard and makes Muscadine wine. He brings in nearly 210 lbs. of grapes yearly to make his product. Anthony also loves riding his Harley motorcycles and spending time outdoors. Welcome to the DR Family, Anthony!

There is never a dull moment when it comes to remodeling…Eager to get to the job site, one of our lead carpenters, Joe, locked his keys inside his work van! After a strenuous battle with the help of a wire hanger, a knife, a tree branch, and kind helpers, they were able to shimmy the keys through the window without a scratch on the van! We are pros when it comes to your home remodel, but we would advise calling someone else when you lock your keys in the car!

Painted cabinetry is a fun way to bring a fresh pop of color into an otherwise traditional home. Every kitchen needs its “wow” factor, sometimes it’s a statement hood or backsplash, but painted lower cabinets creates a subtle contrast that draws your eye straight to it. Check out the beautiful kitchens we did in Fox Hedge and Antioch Woods! Not only does it add style, but also character to a kitchen that is made your own.

Check out the beverage center we completed in Charlotte! A simple, clean lined station with open shelving above for glasses…it doesn’t get better than that!

The well-known butler’s pantry has been popular over the past few years, but it doesn’t always have to be just a storage area for the kitchen. Check out this awesome butler’s pantry we did with sliding barn doors in Matthews! Instead of doing the typical butler’s pantry with food and appliance storage, we had an area for food storage, ample cabinet storage, and the laundry room with a desk area that is very versatile. It could be used for a prep station during entertaining, a work desk, or for folding freshly washed clothes!

Check out this beautiful kitchen that we completed! Steering away from traditional kitchen layouts, our clients loved this custom design! We were able to keep a nice flow throughout the kitchen while utilizing the unique space. The two-toned kitchen cabinetry both complements and contrasts the lighter Inkwell granite tops, completely transforming the space in to a memorable, magazine worthy kitchen!

Spiral staircases not only provide functionality and maximize space, but it also helps provide a sense of movement and is a wow-factor in any home. Check out the spiral staircase we installed in Matthews! There are no limits to the design elements of a spiral staircase, it can completely transform a space and give off a modern, unique aesthetic.

DiFabion Remodeling would like to welcome our newest addition to the Production crew, Preet Patel! Originally from Hickory, NC, Preet moved to Charlotte, NC in August of this year to pursue his passion for construction.
