Progress on this entire first floor remodel. Removed (2) walls, installed steel beams in ceiling, removed all flooring, scraping popcorn ceilings, new crown, moving kitchen into old dining room area combined with the old living room area which now will be the dinette eating area. Will post more pics as this job progresses.

Here's a quick project we just completed for a returning client. Opened up the wall between the living & family room. We custom built the transom window to match the existing transoms in the home. We also installed a double pocket door for privacy.
