As many of you know I’ll be moving locations at the end of October. I’m sad to be leaving the beautiful studio in downtown Greenwood but don’t worry- I won’t be moving far! November 1, I will officially be located right off of 465 and East St in an office complex. I’ll be sharing a office space with and I could not be more thrilled to be there! I know I’ve sent many of you her way and if you haven’t checked out acupuncture- I highly recommend seeing Dr. Kim ☺️.
I’ll be posting the address updates and sending out emails so keep an eye out for my new hours as well. Thank you all for being so patient as I’m coming off of maternity leave slowly. I cannot wait to get back into the swing of things 😉
I was 11 years old, sitting in class when 9/11 became the historic tragedy we all recognize. Sending love to the families who live with it every single day.
Do you know what kind of headaches you have? This is why during an intake for massage if you mention headaches I’ll ask you where they are localized. This helps nail down the type of headache you have, where to begin looking for potential trigger points and just tailor your overall experience during the session to you!
Hello everyone! As we are getting closer to summer (and Baby Fuhs's arrival) I wanted to give you as much information as I have currently on my maternity leave upcoming in July, tentative dates and my return.
A lot of people have asked me if I am planning on returning to my business- and the answer is YES I will be back, but my schedule may look a little different for a while as we wait on daycare access at the end of September/ start of November time frame. I will be in the studio on Mondays as of right now post the 6 week leave I will be taking.
Tentative dates:
You will be able to book online for all of May and through June 17. As we get closer to my due date (+/- July 9) I will be playing each week by ear. If you would like appointments during the last two weeks of June (and all the way to his arrival) I will be booking those manually through a waitlist.
If you would like to be placed on this waitlist I will need you to text 317.561.0417
1) your name
2) The requested length of appointment/type of appointment
3) a preference of weekday if you have one
I will then on each Saturday contact my waitlist for the following week opening slots. This will be highly tentative and dependent on baby arrival so cancellations may ensue at the last minute. I will do my best to avoid this and will give as much notice as I can.
My Return Dates:
These are highly tentative as well so I will not be scheduling or opening my schedule online until after Baby F's arrival. Once he is here I will announce an official return date through email and all social media platforms and open up for appointments online. I will only be doing online booking during this time. Prepay will also be turned off for current clients during this time. Once I am back to work, I will be taking phone calls/text as I do normally but during maternity leave please understand if I am less available than I am currently.
Thank you all for such a fantastic 2022. I am grateful for each one of you and will be so happy to see you again in the fall if I don't see you between now and June.
Sincerely,
Sarah Fuhs
It really is though 🤷🏻♀️
Happy Valentine’s Day!
Silly but true. It’s January and I see a lot of phrases pop up around this time of year. “Crushing it, new year new me,” etc, etc.
There’s nothing wrong with those things. But what I’m hearing consistently these days is how after the holiday season, the middle of the school year, travel delays, illnesses, deaths- some of you are burnt out and tired.
My thoughts are if Mother Nature rests during the winter, it’s all right for the rest of us. It’s wonderful to push yourself to grab opportunities and succeed but that doesn’t have to be dictated by external pressure or a month on a calendar. For some the new year is renewing BECAUSE of the fresh start. But if that’s not you- if you need to get through it with the bare minimum, do so.
Me and my table will be here to listen and hopefully provide a place of rest.
Happy New Year! Thank you for all the support of my business this year. I appreciate each and every one of you. I hope you each get to spend New Year’s Day exactly how you choose to kick the new year off right!
On a cold day there is nothing better than a cozy table with the heat cranked up on the table warmer!
Happy thanksgiving! Hope everyone is having a wonderful holiday with someone they care about

Here’s Murphy with a reminder that enjoying the moment is what life is all about 😜. He’s also thoroughly impressed with all of plants ☺️
Strengthening your muscles while stretching is a good way to prevent injury to your joints. I always enjoy Move With Nicole because she offers something for every level. Sometimes our lack of strength in muscles can interfere with daily tasks that we take for granted and our lack of flexibility can interfere with the capabilities our muscles intrinsically have to offer. Making an effort to strengthen and stretch is a combo that helps prevent injury in the long term.

It’s not an exaggeration to say teachers impact the world in a very significant way. They drive education towards the future; they are the backbone our society is built upon. Most of us can remember the impact a teacher has had on us in some way, shape or form. In fact, statistics approximate that a single teacher influences 3,000 youth throughout their entire career....

What do you do when you have chores to do? Or just any task that’s fairly mindless and unfortunately, necessary.
Podcasts are my choice- typically so I can tell myself I’m listening for business ideas, motivation and the inner perfectionist can be glad I’m not “slacking off”. However- I also really love the access to some of my other interests like finance, live audiotapes/performances, travel and motivational speakers that help me think about the world outside of my own perspective and reach. Do you listen to podcasts? If not, what is your go to?
This is not a bashing social media post. Social media provides some amazing things- it's an easy way to share with friends and family so you still feel connected even if you live far away, for example. However, like all other things- moderation is key. Sometimes social media brings out the worst in people, sometimes it's just information overload, and at best sometimes it is simply a distraction from goals and living your life well. So here's a few reasons why a social media detox may be good for you:
9 Reasons Why a Social Media Detox Is Good for You Improve your life in nine important ways by undergoing a social media detox. This process can greatly help your personal and professional lives.
