Meet Ariela McKenzie, a dedicated holistic wellness coach, yoga instructor, and professional stretcher who is deeply committed to guiding individuals on their journey to healing and well-being. As the founder and operator of Wholehearted Wellness, Ariela combines her expertise in movement, nourishment, and mindfulness to offer comprehensive support for the entire being. With a passion for fostering balance and rhythm in people's lives, she has become a trusted source for those seeking to enhance their overall health.



Every Thursday at 7 pm, Ariela hosts "Soulful Stretch," a donation-based yoga class at Epicenter, providing a space for individuals to engage in rejuvenating practices that nurture both the body and the soul. Beyond group sessions, Ariela offers personalized one-on-one wellness coaching to help clients navigate their unique paths to optimal health. Drawing on her background in exercise science, personal training, and nutrition coaching, Ariela expanded her focus to more holistic health and well-being after completing her yoga teacher training in 2019.



Ariela's commitment to individual well-being extends to her specialized assisted stretching sessions designed to promote relaxation, flexibility, and injury prevention.
