A 2014 Pike High School graduate we welcome Tottiyauna “Totti” Jones to PTFD. She might be the only female in our PTFD recruit class but she's a powerhouse to be dealt with. Totti grew up and lived in Pike for 17 years and is excited to get back to her roots. She attended IUPUI, and has a degree in criminal justice.

She decided to apply for PTFD when a fellow firefighter saw potential in her, and she took on the challenge. Totti’s favorite subject so far in recruit school has been fire dynamics, due to all the science that goes into it. She brings her attention to detail and strong work ethic to the firehouse, and we’re excited to see her out in the companies soon.

Totti’s favorite type of exercise is deadlifts and ALL variations of deadlifts. Totti labels herself as an adrenaline ju**ie and loves roller coasters and amusement parks, so we think she’ll love being a firefighter too! She looks up to Viola Davis and Rihanna for being strong women and constantly pushing inclusivity for women of color. Some fun facts about Totti: She cheered in middle school all through college. If she could visit one place it would be Greece for its architecture and food. Her favorite restaurant in Indy is Drakes, because where else can you get a burger and sushi!
