🎉 Stonewall Heroes: Marsha P. Johnson and Sylvia Rivera were pivotal figures in the Stonewall uprising of 1969, a key event in the LGBTQ+ rights movement.

🕊️ Marsha P. Johnson, a Black transgender woman, and Sylvia Rivera, a Latina transgender woman, fought bravely against police brutality and discrimination. Their courage and activism helped ignite the fight for LGBTQ+ rights, leading to the Pride celebrations we know today. 🌟
