✨This weekend I the pleasure of celebrating my 10 year high school reunion! It was so nice to everyone after all these years! But lemme tell y’all something….

✨I DON’T REMEMBER GRADUATING!!! You’re probably wondering how is that even possible!!

✨DIABETES!! My sugar dropped dangerously low as I waiting to be called up to walk the stage! My family has told me a million times I walked across the stage smiling and waving as they and my friends cheered me on! It’s a memory I wish I had engraved in my mind but ya know 🤷🏽‍♀️

✨Chile only thing I remember is somebody finding my mom and giving me a handful of candy 😂😂😂

✨Nonetheless I had a great time this weekend and look forward to our next reunion!

Senator Bernie Sanders recently announced that the Big Three are to testify at a Senate Health Committee Hearing on insulin pricing May 10th. We need to ensure that all insulins are affordable and accessible for all. We need Congress to regulate the price of all insulins through a federal price cap. ✨ Diabetic Retinopathy is caused by having elevated blood sugar over a long period of time which then causes growth and irregular function of retinal blood vessels. If not treated and diagnosed in a timely manner it could lead to blindness!

✨The test you see me doing here is called the Visual Field Test. This test measures where your vision may be suppressed.
