Masala Chai is enjoyed in many different ways, here are some notes of how some regions of India enjoy their Chai.

1. Nilgiri Tea - brisk & fruity
Brisk flavor comes from being grown at
high altitudes in the Blue Mountains.
Grown among other trees like eucalyptus,
blue gum and cypress, are said to create it’s fruity fragrant flavors.

2. Assam Tea - malty
Heavy rainfalls and monsoons, accompanied with high temperatures create a hot and
humid environment to build a malty taste.

3. Darjeeling Tea - floral
Grown in high-altitude gardens with cool temperatures and significant rainfall makes this tea embody its floral flavors.

We will have Gulab Jamun and Gajar ka Halva! 🌹 🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹Gulab Jamun is a sweet and indulgent delicacy made from khoya (reduced milk solids) or milk powder, kneaded into soft dough, shaped into small balls, and deep-fried to a golden brown hue. Then it is soaked in a fragrant sugar syrup that's infused with cardamom, saffron, and rose water, imparting a rich and aromatic flavor. Gulab Jamun is a quintessential part of Indian cuisine, known for its melt-in-the-mouth texture and delightful sweetness. 🥕🥕🥕🥕🥕🥕🥕🥕🥕🥕🥕 🥕🥕🥕🥕🥕🥕🥕Gajar ka Halva, also known as Gajrela, is a traditional and popular Indian dessert made primarily from grated carrots, milk, sugar, ghee (clarified butter), and nuts. 🫶 We visit this shop whenever we're in Fountain Square because their chai is amazing and we can't get enough of their kathi rolls. Everything is made in house! They're also the 1st chai cafe in Indiana. The owner, Paravy, is one of the nicest people you'll meet. Their passion to bring authentic Indian surpasses our expectations. The cafe is charming and welcoming.
