UPDATE POST: Meet the Aslam siblings, the first family/partners that decided to franchise an MOTW Coffee shop in New Haven CT. It was less than 8 months ago that they sent MOTW Corporate a message on instagram asking to franchise MOTW. They loved coffee but didn’t know anything about running a coffee shop. They flew to our flagship store in Indiana and loved the vibes, the drinks and the purpose behind the shop. Fast forward 8 months later and they are now running one of the most popular coffee shops in Connecticut mashAllah. They felt strongly that they would do well but had no idea that it would turn out the way it has by the blessings of God. This post is dedicated to the Aslam siblings as they were the first ones that took the chance of franchising MOTW and it paid off in a big way. They now have goals of opening many more on the East coast. UPDATE POST!!!! Yesterday we shared with our beautiful MOTW family/customers the story of Preston. A friend of ours that lives with Autism. He walks to work everyday (the pizza shop next door). We wanted to raise $3,000 to purchase a brand new top of the line electric bike. We didn’t know if we would raise the money when we put up the post, but to our surprise, the MOTW community donated $3,000 in less than 21 minutes!!! You all rock. But the story doesn’t stop there, so many people wanted to donate even though the goal was already reached in 21 minutes, so we mentioned that the rest of the money above the goal would be given to Preston himself. An additional $5,000 came in!!!! Today we presented him with his brand new bike and a check for the money raised. He couldn’t stop smiling and laughing when riding the bike it was awesome. He wanted to thank everyone that donated and he appreciates those that wanted to help. Thank you to the CEO of for donating another $2,000 to this campaign after hearing the story. And shoutout to the owner of local bike shop, Motion Cycling, for donating Preston’s helmet. This is what community is all about ❤️. PLEASE READ!!! Dear MOTW Family, this is Preston. He is someone that has been coming to our Fishers MOTW coffee shop for over a year now. He works at the pizza shop next door. He is the sweetest boy you will ever meet. He struggles with Autism but tries to look at life in a positive way. However, because of the Autism, he is not able to drive a car. He walks over 4 miles one way to get to work and then walks back home…sometimes in the rain, sometimes in the cold and sometimes in the snow. On the weekends, he gets off work at night and walks home in the pitch dark. He always wears a white t shirt no matter what the season is. We want to come together to raise funds for a brand new electric bike for him. If just a few people can help donate $10 we can raise the money easily. Today, these girls came to MOTW to have a Bible study. It brings us much joy to see a group of Christians come to a coffee shop called “Muslims of the World” and feel safe to be who they are and practice what they believe in. This is what the world needs, be proud of who you are and create an inclusive environment for all ❤️. Everyone is welcome at MOTW!

CHICAGO!!! WE ARE EXCITED TO ANNOUNCE THAT SOON YOU WILL HAVE A MOTW COFFEE AND PASTRIES! This has been an incredibly exciting journey and we want to thank God, our customers and team members! UPDATE POST: Six months ago, James was homeless and sleeping next to our dumpster at our Castleton MOTW location. The community came together and we were able to raise almost $15,000 for him. Since then, he has gotten a job at a battery factory. He bought his very own car with his OWN money. He wakes up every day at 7 am, grabs a coffee and heads to work. He now pays his own bills and rent. This was all done because of Him and his efforts to have a better life. He just needed that little jumpstart. There are tons of people in Indiana like James, make sure to always help! Good job James!!! MOTW: coffee with a purpose.

BIG NEWS!!!!! My wife and I are super excited to announce the GRAND OPENING of MOTW Coffee Carmel location on APRIL 30TH at 10 AM SHARP! We are so excited to be here and to serve the people of Carmel. My grandfather left Pakistan 60 years ago and came to Indiana and specifically came to the city of Carmel to teach Calculus at Carmel High School. The students loved my grandfather because he was different, he did things differently. Different is good. He would share stories from Pakistan and his experiences. At that time, Carmel wasn’t that diverse, but after teaching at Carmel High School for 25+ years he broke barriers and brought people together. We hope that we can continue to share our beautiful culture while serving delicious coffee and pastries and bring people together in the wonderful city of Carmel. They are officially here!!! Our new French Pastries made by our French pastry artist! We have the Mueille Fueille, a beautiful layered flaky dough covered with icing! The Mushkook for our gluten free peeps, a delicious ball of almond flour with a cherry inside (featured on the left), and then the exquisite fruit tarts (bottom right). All three stores have them so come and get em!

It is with great excitement, that we announce the return of our top selling French pastry this weekend known as Mille-Feuille. When we opened our very first shop on the West side of Indianapolis, we would have customers drive for over four hours to come get this pastry. If you have not tasted it then we highly recommend you come this weekend to try it. It’s a dessert made of puff pastry layered with pastry cream. Our French pastry artist will be making it this week and all three locations will have them available! Come by this weekend and taste HEAVEN!

Today the MOTW team made it all the way to Syria! We stopped at a refugee camp to meet those that were affected by the war. To see the children in such horrible conditions was heartbreaking. It was absolutely freezing in the camps but yet the children still were filled with smiles. Let us all be grateful and thankful for the simple things we have in life…for many around the world wish they could have what we have. Please keep Syria in your prayers!
