HAPPY NATIONAL SPORTS DAY 2021
Remembering India's Most Honoured Sports Legend, Major Dhyanchand, on the Occasion of his Birth Anniversary and National Sports Day. Physical Education Foundation Of India (PEFI) extends its best wishes to the whole country on this auspicious occasion.
On Behalf of whole PEFI family we would also like to reiterate our commitment towards upliftment of Sports and Physical Education. We would like to ensure everyone, that with every passing day we will increase our efforts to develop sustainable and thriving sports culture in the country and will play instrumental role in upliftment of Physical Education Standards in the country in terms of academic deliverability and stature.
On this day We are glad to announce that our Olympics Awareness Campaign will be carried forward until upcoming Olympics in 2024. PEFI would be planning series of events such as conferences, webinars, workshops, seminars, national & regional competitive sporting events across the country with the help of our state and district chapters. As a national sports promotion origination, we believe it is our responsibility to ensure that our country is established as a sporting superpower in coming years.
On the occasion of National Sports Day, We would like to call upon all the physical education & sports professionals, coaches, teachers, institutions, students, sportspersons and sports enthusiasts from any background to Join PEFI as an active member and contribute towards the goals of optimum sporting glory for the country.

It is a matter of great pride that I am celebrating, 13th Foundation Day of Physical Education Foundation of India (PEFI) with a family of over 50000 Physical Education and Sports Professionals. It has been an amazing journey, starting with the humble beginning as a small association of Physical Education and Sports professionals committed to bring in radical reforms in Physical Education and Sports across the country, to being acknowledged as the National Sports Promotion Organization.
As a Physical Education professional I was always seeking for a larger goal of working for the fraternity and communities on the whole, being an active member of PEFI I can certainly say that I am part of something that will bring positive changes across the country. The growth we have achieved as an organization is a commendable effort in itself, for which I would like to congratulate all the stakeholders involved.

First of all many congratulations to all of you on the occasion of 13th Foundation day. With reference to the previous email regarding foundation day celebrations, I hope you all will be conducting appropriate events to celebrate the day.
As you all are aware that PEFI foundation day also coincides with national Sports Day and birth anniversary of India’s greatest sporting legend, Major Dhyanchand. This makes the day even more special, therefore we should try to reach as many people as possible on this day through our personal social media handles as well as through our professional networks.
