Watching Nova about quantum mechanics, because I'm a nerd, and I just thought that one of the basis for it is exactly like object permanence for people with ADHD. When something not in you field of observation it is no longer there. Interesting is it not? Like if no one was observing the sun, including seeing the light, feeling the heat, would it be there anymore? In quantum mechanics its possible. But because someone or something is always observing it, including all plants and animals, then it is always there instead of being a possibility. I completely understand this.
