Position: Office Operations Admin
Location: Evansville, IN
Job Description:
Excel Extraordinaire: Proficient in Excel to handle data analysis, spreadsheets, and reporting.
Warehouse & Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, oversee stock levels, and coordinate shipments.
Light Warehouse Work: Assist with occasional warehouse tasks as needed, ensuring smooth operations.
Assistant to Marketing Director: Support marketing initiatives, coordinate campaigns, and assist with administrative tasks.
Self-Starter & Problem Solver: Take initiative, solve challenges independently, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
Requirements:
Experience in Excel - proficient user.
Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management.
Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and prioritize effectively.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proactive mindset with a solutions-oriented approach.
Flexibility to assist in warehouse tasks as required.
