This dance based workshop is all about fluidity. You’ll practice a choreographed routine incorporating basic pole moves and floorwork. Kneepads are highly recommended.
Prerequisites:
A minimum of 3 Level 1 Pole classes.

🔥 4/13 Polesque with Carol Lemmer 5-6pm
- Students will learn some modern burlesque techniques in combination with a fun routine that is for all levels of experience. This workshop will build your confidence while performing, teach new methods of engagement with an audience, and incorporate new types of movement through classic burlesque techniques that will step up your Pole and performance game in any setting!

🔥 4/14 Plus Size Pole 101 with Carol Lemmer 11am-12pm
- A class for the bodacious baddies, made to teach y’all how to use yo meat! Learn new ways to get into tricky holds and ways to use your gorgeous curves to your advantage on and off of the pole! A combo skills class and choreo class, you get the best of both worlds with this workshop!

🔥 4/14 S*M: Seduction & Movement with Carol Lemmer 1-2pm
- The art of slow and sexy flow is truly immaculate. Drip like honey, melt like butter, and flow like water through this sensual workshop meant to focus on breaking down movement into its core foundation and enhancing the sensuality in the movement itself. Learn how to seduce and enthrall any audience with this fun and sultry workshop. Heels and flirty fits are recommended!
