We were proud to be a part of another amazing build with the Habitat for Humanity of St. Joseph County, Indiana! 🏠 We were able to roll up our sleeves and work together to build a garage at one of Habitat's home sites located in the Fields at Highland subdivision in Mishawaka. 🔨 It's such a rewarding experience--the knowledge gained, skills learned, and empowering feeling of helping a future homeowner is unparalleled. Wonderful job, team! 👏

We recently held three Recognition Luncheons at The Brick in South Bend and Sullivan's Steakhouse in Indy to celebrate our employees who achieved milestone service anniversaries in 2024. At these events, we recognized 76 employees who have served a total of 1,165 years at Everwise! 🎉

Additionally, we were honored to present our new prestigious Everwise Initiative Awards and Leadership Behavior Spotlight Awards to seven outstanding employees. 🏆

We were proud to recently support the Indiana Association for Adult & Continuing Education (IAACE) and their Conference for Adult Continuing Education. Since January 2004, we have collaborated with the IAACE to present the Everwise Meritorious Service Award, which recognizes an individual who has made a "significant and meritorious contribution" to the field of adult and continuing education and to the mission of IAACE. 🤝

Jeff Sobieralski, Everwise Member Financial Wellness Director; and Donna Daniel, the manager of our Allisonville Branch; had the honor of attending this western-themed conference and presenting the award to Daniela Mancusi-Shreve, who has served the adult education community for nearly 22 years, along with being actively engaged as an IAACE member for 20 years. 🎓
