Marathon Health
Workplace healthcare Marathon Health is based in Indianapolis, IN and Winooski, VT. We're lighting the way to better health, for everyone.
We partner with employers around the United States to provide a modern approach to healthcare that truly meets employees’ needs while saving money. We do this through a combination of onsite, near site and network solutions that integrate the best practices of advanced primary care, analysis and assessment, coaching and advocacy, behavioral health, occupational health, physical therapy, and chronic condition management.
Trust is the foundation of exceptional care. When patients feel comfortable and confident in their provider, they can openly share their concerns and actively participate in their health journey.

This testimonial speaks for itself -
"When I started talking with my provider I was a 310lb man with an A1C of over 12, Triglycerides of over 700 and a cholesterol level I really don't want to admit due to how bad it was. I was diagnosed with a Fatty Liver and was told if things didn't change I would not be here to see my grandchildren. I took it to heart and went to talk with my provider about what I could do to improve my health...With her support and encouragement I can say that within an 8 month period I have lost 100lbs, I exercise 30 minutes to 1 hour daily, I am extremely conscious of what I eat, and my blood work is near perfect. When I say she is rare I mean she is someone who has compassion for what she does and genuinely care about her patients."
We are lucky to work with best-in-class providers who are all about bringing the care back into healthcare. And a huge congratulations to this patient who asked for help and committed to their wellbeing. We are so grateful to do what we do!
"Local companies also can benefit from sharing tips with each other, and even from partnering, because a healthy community is better for everybody...For example, Olathe and a few other local entities who use Marathon Health as their clinic vendor have representatives who meet quarterly to share ideas, Goolsby said. They wanted to offer an onsite mental health professional but weren’t sure they could support one alone, so they collaborated to do so.
“It was a huge success,” she said."

In the nation's fifteen largest cities, it takes an average of 26 days for a new patient to see their physician. That wait time is even longer for many specialists and underscores an unfortunate trend in healthcare across the country.
At Marathon, we know that healthcare works best when providers are able to treat patients when they need it, not a month later. That's why we offer same or next-day appointments to our patients.
Nobody should have to wait weeks for the care they need. If you're curious about advanced primary care or want to learn more about our approach to healthcare, let us know in the comments!
