The Indiana Military Veterans Hall of Fame, a 501(c)3 organization, honors the sacrifices of veterans and their families to the state of Indiana.
The Indiana Military Veterans Hall of Fame is a 501(c)3 organization that was founded in 2014. Formed by representatives from government , business, and retired military, the organization strives to publicly emphasize the honor brought to the state of Indiana and the nation by the sacrifice of Indiana military veterans and their families. Indiana follows only a handful of other states who have established similar organizations.

Nominations for the Hall of Fame are due in a little over 2 weeks! They must be postmarked by 1 August 2024 in order to be considered for this year’s induction. Should be of interest to all veterans. “ Alzheimer-Dementia Risks in Veterans and Healthy Living as it Relates to Alzheimer’s and Dementia”, by Ralph Richards, Co-Chair of the Indiana School of Medicine Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center and its Veteran Subcommittee. QUESTIONS: (1) Why is it that a higher percentage of our Veterans develop Alzheimer’s and dementia than the general public? (2) How can we work to prevent this from happening?

2024 National Vietnam War Veterans Day
The City of Fishers, a proud Commemorative Partner of the Vietnam War Commemoration, will celebrate National Vietnam War Veterans Day with a free public ceremony on Friday, March 29 at 10 a.m. at Knowledge Services (9800 Crosspoint Blvd.)
The program honors veterans and their families who served during the Vietnam War period. This year’s speaker is Army Brigadier General Kenneth Hubbard (Ret.), who completed over 32 years of service as the Assistant Chief of Staff, G8 (Comptroller) United States Army Central Command, SHAW AFB, Sumter, South Carolina.
