We are looking to hire a honest, reliable, mechanically inclined person with leadership and management skills. Job duties include overall carwash operations, vendor management, hiring staff, monthly reports, customer relations, preventative maintenance and assist with routine carwash equipment maintenance. We offer full benefits, paid training and vacations. Some evenings or weekends are required to work. Brad's Carwash is part of the Hubler Automotive Group in Indianapolis.

- Flexible schedule.
- Salary of 50 - 65k annually based on experience.
- Carwash or Service experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Must have management, basic computer and customer experience skills.

• Greet customers as they arrive at the car wash facility, and provide them with information on available services.
• Acquaint customers with pricing information, and timelines, according to the specific of chosen services.
• Provide customers with guidance regarding what services are required to wash their vehicles.
• Guide vehicles onto car wash conveyor system, ensuring that their and your safety is kept in mind.
• Prep vehicles for the automatic car wash, by spraying cleaners onto them.
• Perform visual inspections of the condition of each car, to determine how much and what type of cleaning is required.
• Clean the front and the rear of each assigned car from the outside, ensuring that the paint job is not compromised or any apparent damage to the vehicle.
• Clean and maintain car wash equipment and tools and grounds on a regular basis, and in accordance with the policies of the company.

Brad's Carwash is looking to expand our team! Our Car Wash Employees assist guests and help us keep our carwash and vacuum stations tidy and functional. Starting pay up to $13/ hour, full benefits, paid time off.
