Taking a breather for a Refresh Week! From December 22 to January 1, we're hitting the pause button to give our hardworking team a well-deserved break. It's time to recharge, relax, and return with renewed energy in the new year. See you in 2024! 🎉

We are honored to announce that The Basement has received two silver for our CADE campaign.

Originally, the goal was to reduce stimulant use across college campuses. But research led to a bigger insight. This was a deep, long-term problem. One that would need a long-term solution. The cause of study drug abuse wasn’t just peer pressure. It was school-pressure. Parent-pressure. Grade-pressure. Performance-pressure.

The strategy evolved into something more ambitious: challenge the root of the problem: hustle culture at large. The resulting campaign centered on encouraging college students to ‘ungrind’ and focus on self-care, improved mental health, and better habits.

This success is significant as it marks our first year working with CADE (). We are immensely proud of the achievements we've unlocked together and the positive change we're driving in the lives of students.

But the journey doesn't end here! We are excited to unveil the evolution of our campaign in year 2, building on the foundation we've established.

Hard work pays off! Mariah has been promoted to Account Manager on our Client Services team! 👏
