📌 Cars & Gravy and Blues & BBQ on 38th are organized ENTIRELY by Friends of 38th. We do not use an event planning company or anyone else to book vendors, musical guests, sell tickets, etc.

Update on Cars & Gravy for 2024 ...

Yes we will be holding Cars & Gravy this year BUT ... only on Saturday, October 12.

C&G is organized and run entirely by volunteers. This past year was a very difficult one for many of us as we lost a cherished friend. Taking time to recharge, C&G will return in October 2024 and then in summer of 2025. More information coming soon!

Sadly, another local small businesses in the neighborhood was recently vandalized. on 42nd Street had a window smashed the morning of Halloween. A storefront in the same building has had their door smashed 5 times. Please, if you have any information, contact IMPD at 317-327-3811

Absolutely heartbreaking 💔 Our neighbors were targeted by vandalism overnight. This historic building, left abandoned for years, is a mainstay of 38th Street. It was recently renovated and now the home of a thriving local business.
