The North Suburban Symphonic Band (NSSB), founded in 1992, is now the North Pittsburgh Symphonic Band. A community organization of approximately 75 volunteers who share a love of music and the desire to bring a variety of quality musical programming to the community. The NPSB is unique in the North Hills area, as it is a full symphonic band encompassing woodwinds, brass and percussion instruments.
