Before and after of a recent flat roof we completed. Customer noticed a leak and asked to have the roof inspected. This roof had no slope, causing water to pool and find its way in through penetrations in the roof. Now, that’s a concern of the past! Slope correction and a new Mod Bit roof!

Beware of storm chasing “contractors.” ⚡️ They can swoop in overnight, take your insurance money, and leave town……never to be heard from again…and never lifting a hammer 🔨 . We would love to say we made this story up….but we hear of this situation time and time again from some of our customers. 😢

There are certainly plenty of reputable contractors around Iowa, that will do the right thing and help their customers and community. 👍 Just do your research before hiring, read reviews, check the Better Business Bureau, ask for references. ✅.
