When I started building my coaching and healing practice/business in 2005, I had a lot of triggers, emotions and feelings like self -criticism, judgment and comparison. I still get them occasionally 🤣 but I know how to dismantle them now.

I was very frustrated, overwhelmed, and quite lonely at times. I felt like I was doing it all by myself! Over the years I was successful enough. It was brick and mortar, in person, 1:1, and I made it work for over 10 years, but I was burnt out and wanted more.

In 2016 I came online and hired my first business coach. I quickly learned that I had a ton of personal growth to do and a lot to learn about business. I have been deeply in my own growth and evolution ever since. Moving from healing into creation. From anxiety and worry into confidence and decisiveness.

I've been in the online space for 6 year's as a healer, spiritual teacher and now a creator and Master Quantum Numerologist. I've done the healing and the work. Been certified and become masterful in a very precise, conscious way of coaching and business building.

I built my own conscious business out of nothing and continue to shift, pivot, course correct and grow. I am about expansion and evolution. I learn, grow and teach. And I've helped many along the way to heal and to become the healer themselves!

My special sauce is that I hold space like a mother. I'm a 3♦️ and I can help you find your path to creation, amplification and wealth.Using ancient texts and the book of life (quantum numerology) sets me apart as a life and business cooach. I'm just not average🤣 not a damn thing that's average about me.

Trust, Faith and Inspiration. This is the strongest feeling for me when I dive into the energy today. In my younger days, Faith came easy for me. However, as I aged and settled into the mundane, I started to control rather than allow. It somehow felt easier to me. Like it was the adult thing to do. It wasn’t easier, it was just an illusion.
I am Source Embodied.
I understand that I can let go of the HOW and trust that when I AM Spirit in the body, inspiration flows and I can trust that. I have faith that when I allow Spirit to lead me, the material manifestation always follows.
This is the Universal Law of Inspiration. Isn’t it amazing how numerology and the Laws are intertwined!?
We are being reminded to release our attachment to the physical (money), and overcome lack so that we can enjoy the FREEDOM that wealth wants for us.

Today we are collectively releasing toxic thoughts, ideas, programming, and illusion♥️ seeking our enlightened mind. And connection to rebuild our foundation was imperative!

This past week I spent 4 days off-grid in the woods hiking, walking, sitting, meditating, playing, nourishing my body, reading ancient texts, studying numerology, and exploring. I spent hours channeling who this mastermind is truly for, sitting with each of the women I can feel coming through.

I have been a practicing healer and alchemist working for 20 years honing my craft. One of my greatest gifts during this lifetime is alchemizing heaviness into lightness. I help my clients to create radical transformation in the body, mind, and spirit which translates to a thriving family and business, more vitality, health, and wealth.

Pulse of the Week. Energy forecast for 9/25-10/1

The new moon in Libra on Sunday 9/25 asks what you are calling in! Feel the growth of your dreams and intention this week. Focus on your dream coming to fruition. What actions or next best step can you take to co-create your dream life? Remember to breathe and focus. You don't have to do it all at once! Just one foot in front of the other.

On Saturday we moved into Heart energy. This week’s focus will be predominately heart-centered.

This energy brings relationships forward. Think about the relationship with Universal Intelligence and higher Self first and foremost. Are you filling your cup with the energy and love of Source? Are you recognizing and meeting your own needs? All of our relationships stem from our relationship with ourselves.

Next, you will notice a connection to family, friends, and community!! Who are you surrounding yourself with? We are the sum of the people we surround ourselves with! Are you in alignment with your people? Or are you feeling dragged down in low-frequency conversations? Just noticing and then changing the conversation. Call in the frequency of ❤️ love ❤️ you will notice the feeling of love amplifying and calling yourself to higher love!

We will come to the end of Mercury retrograde as well as the end of the month this week, so take some time to reflect. What’s going well? Where can you shift and make changes? What lit you up? What didn’t?
