The start of winter break is getting closer by the day, do you know how you're going to leave and get back to campus yet? From December 9 - 19 and January 9th - 17 the USG airport shuttle will offer departure and arrival services from the Eastern Iowa Airport (CID) to Iowa City. The deadline for departure reservations is 48 hours before your flight. All riders are required to wear masks within the vehicle. You may be denied service if you fail to wear a mask. All riders will be charged $10 for their shuttle ride.

The deadline for departure reservations is November 14 at 11:59 PM CST. The deadline for arrivals is November 22 at 11:59 PM CST. All riders are required to wear masks within the vehicle. You may be denied service if you fail to wear a mask. All riders will be charged $10 for their shuttle ride.
USG is offering Graduation Cords for former and current USG members. to be eligible, former USG members must have served in USG for 2 or more school years OR be a current USG member. There is a sign-up link that will close on November 20 at 11:59 pm.

Today is the beginning of early in-person voting in Iowa! If you would like to vote early, visit the Auditor’s Office at 913 South Dubuque St. or the Health and Human Services Building Parking Ramp at 855 South Dubuque St. (entrance is off South Clinton St.) for drive through voting.
Here are the times you can visit the Auditor’s Office and Parking Ramp:
- 8:00 am - 5:00 on on weekdays, October 19th through November 7th
- Saturday, November 5th, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Sunday, November 6th, 9:00 am - 3:00 pm
There will be satellite voting from the Iowa Memorial Union from October 19th through October 21st from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm and at the Iowa City Public Library on October 30th from 11:00 am - 5:00 pm, October 31st through November 2nd, 10:00 am - 4:00 pm, and November 3rd from noon to 6:00 pm.

The airport shuttle service will be available from August 5th to August 23rd. This service picks students up from the Eastern Iowa Airport at the time of their arrival, and students' U-Bill will be charged $10. Transportation is provided by Anaman Concierge Services. An extension to this arrival time was supported by ISSS to allow more international students accessibility back to campus. All students can sign up at https://usg.uiowa.edu/airport-shuttle!

In order to support students during lease gap periods, the Hancher Auditorium is offering free parking spaces for students between July 28 – Aug 3. Although priority is given to those who have reserved spaces at the Iowa House Hotel (https://dos.uiowa.edu/assistance/off-campus-living/) an additional amount of spaces are available for any students. The UI Parking Office will issue a virtual permit to Lot 55/Hancher Commuter. Students should reference “Lease Gap Parking” when contacting the UI Parking Office.
