During this time of added stress, meditation can be a useful tool to help keep that stress in check. When we can’t do the things that help us de-stress like talking to co-workers in the breakroom, spending time at dinner with a good friend, or hitting the gym for that kick boxing class our mental health can be affected. These opportunities to physically get away, help us mentally get away also. When the opportunity to mentally get away is removed, stressful situations can be more difficult to process. Using mediation can be a powerful tool to help maneuver these difficult times.

In light of the most recent information I have made the decision to close my office during this time.
It is my responsibility to “DO NO HARM” and because I care about my clients and my family’s wellbeing, effective March 22nd 2020, I will no longer be accepting massage appointments until at least April 7th, 2020.

I am always hoping for the best during this situation and hope to be back in business sooner rather than later and look forward to providing therapeutic sessions.

I am sorry for any inconvenience. This was a truly tough, but necessary decision.
