This is my little brother. I am posting this today because he turned 40 today! Make sure to make his day by complimenting his beard if you see him!

This was a tough bracket! The only guy on the podium that he didn’t wrestle that tournament was Bjustrom. He had Dallas Kuper 1st round, Moza Fay in the quarterfinals, Tony Bolen in the semis and Brady Dolan in the finals. 4 of these guys including Justin on this podium were also state champs. Moza Fay won 2. Dallas Kuper won it the following year. Jay Bjustrom also won it the following year. Also, Brady Dolan was a multiple finalist!

I have been blessed to be this guy’s older brother… Such a nice, unassuming and FUNNY person who loves his friends and family deeply. Justin will always be my number one homeboy. Have always been so proud of him.

Johnny Galloway Jr.; Waterloo East HS/Iowa City High/Lindenwood/Northern Illinois University

Johnny Galloway Jr. of IC High being interviewed after winning his 3rd of 3 Iowa HS State Wrestling Championships! Johnny was a 4X Placer/3X State Champ for Waterloo East/IC High, placing 4th for Waterloo East in 1999 and then winning it for IC High in 2000-2002!

At the collegiate level, Johnny was an NAIA runner-up for Lindenwood before transferring to NIU where he was a 2X D1 NCAA Qualifier, winning the MAC conference at least one of those years.

He’s one of the greatest wrestlers the state of Iowa has ever produced!
