We were honored to present our United for Student Success (U4SS) initiative to Edwards Lifesciences in Irvine!

With over 200 attendees via Zoom, we discussed DEI within our OC student population and the impact of U4SS through Orange County United Way.

We’re grateful for Edwards’ continued support in empowering the next generation by hosting interns, mentoring seniors, or being classroom speakers.

Thank you, Edwards!

Did you know that close to 3,000 Orange County high school students don’t graduate each year?

On average, high school graduates earn more per week than dropoutsβ€”and provide a public benefit of over $200K in lower government spending and higher tax revenues.

Our goal is to increase the high school graduation rate to 95% among students from disadvantaged socioeconomic backgrounds and ensure graduating students are ready for college, career, and life.
