The 10yr should continue to trend higher. today's unemployment report will have a heavy influence. A healthy jobs report will be negative for rates whereas the markets will rejoice the reception of a weaker jobs report due to its increased likelihood of Fed intervention/pivot.

We get the CPI later this month. Inflation has started to show signs of cooling and a softer report will excite the markets that a new downtrend in inflation has begun. Inflation, of course, has been the #1 culprit in the Fed’s rate hikes.
