Savely Healthcare Architects
Understanding the intricacies of what goes into the healthcare environment is what this firm is all about.
A big thank you to AMFP and Turner for hosting such a fantastic event at a beautiful venue!
Our very own Tachen Lee was there, connecting and mingling with colleagues. Events like Summer Sip remind us of the importance of making time to connect with friends, catch up, and enjoy stunning locations like Ballast Point in Long Beach.
Next time you’re at one of these events, be sure to stop Tachen and say hello.
SHA is proud to be a Partner Sponsor of PeaceHealth St. Joseph Medical Center Foundation celebration "From The Rooftop" to honor the completion of the Central Garage.
SHA partnered with PeaceHealth to implement the MFP elements for St. Joseph Medical Center which included this new 5-level parking facility.
This is the first, visible step in the Stronger Together Campaign's mission to transform healthcare for the community through the 120,000 sf Peter Paulsen Pavilion hospital expansion.
We congratulate the Campaign Cabinet for their role in raising an incredible $92M to-date for Stronger Together, its Pavilion, and support for the physicians, nurses, Women and Children's Services and the Emergency Department.
On this Independence Day, we honor the spirit of freedom and our courageous heroes who fought for that freedom we all enjoy today.
When SHA’s Gerardo Del Rosal “Lalo” (photographed with his nephew Jorge Jr.) made his historic jump in Normandy last month as a member of the World War II Airborne Demonstration Team, it was in part to honor the memory of his brother, former paratrooper Jorge Del Rosal.
We at SHA wish everyone a safe and Happy 4th of July, and as we celebrate, we remember the bravery and sacrifice of those who envisioned a brighter future together.
How will you be celebrating the day?
Welcome to the Team, Layla Al Bahrani and Jennifer Vela, Summer Interns!
We're thrilled to have our new summer interns joining us at SHA! Your perspectives and enthusiasm are exactly what we need to make this summer truly outstanding. It will be exciting to watch you learn and hope this experience is as rewarding for you as it will be for us. Here's to a fantastic summer!
On this day of Global Recognition of ALS/MND, I would like to acknowledge my sister, Lou Ann Savely. Lou Ann was diagnosed with ALS in the spring of 2004.
I stood by helplessly in the hospital patient room at the Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale, Arizona, while the doctors broke the news to her. Knowing she didn't have long to live; I would drive from Southern California across the desert to Arizona to visit her whenever possible.
It was difficult for her to talk, so we would simply sit together, and occasionally she would write me notes. It broke my heart to witness her decline under this cruel and relentless disease.
My mother, who had raised both my sister and me as a single parent, stepped in to take care of Lou Ann and her teenage granddaughter as soon as my sister was able to return home. It was a very frightening, confusing, and exhausting time for my mom, but she never faltered, displaying incredible strength and determination as she grappled with how this terrible disease had affected our family.
ALS affects the entire family deeply, leaving us feeling helpless in the face of its inevitable outcome. Lou Ann passed away from ALS on December 17, 2006. It felt like a gut punch. As the saying goes, life is short, and we never know what might happen from one day to the next.
Today, I honor my sister's memory. Tonight, take a moment to tell those close to you that you love them and give them an extra big hug.
Learn more about ALS and what you can do to help at www.als.org.
Another rainy day in Bellingham and our team is excited to wrap up our punch walk on the new PeaceHealth St. Joseph Medical Center Central Parking Garage.
It’s inspiring to see the hard work and dedication from everyone involved in this project!
On this day, 80 years ago, thousands of Allied forces embarked on the monumental D-Day invasion at Normandy, France, marking a pivotal moment in World War II. Their courage and sacrifice laid the foundation for the liberation of Europe and the eventual end of the war.
Today, we remember and honor the heroes who landed in Normandy that day by sea and by air. Their bravery, resilience and unwavering determination to uphold the values of freedom and peace changed countless lives forever.
We also recognize one of our own here at SHA, Gerardo “Lalo” Del Rosal, who is a member of the World War II Airborne Demonstration Team. After intense training in WWIIADT’s parachuting school immersion experience at Frederick Army Air Field in Frederick, Oklahoma, Lalo and his teammates are in Normandy this week and have participated in a number of commemorative jumps utilizing WWII aircraft in honor of the 80th Anniversary of D-Day, landing in the same locations the troops landed on June 6, 1944.
“With great honor and humility, I dedicate these jumps to the men and women that have served this great country,” Lalo said. “This has been a dream come true, an amazing experience that I will treasure, and I will echo everything I learned in my journey. God Bless America!”

This National Public Health Week, let's tackle the pressing issue of Climate Change and its profound effects on our health!
Climate change is the most pressing threat to human health that our world faces today. From worsening air quality to increasing the spread of diseases, its impact on public health is undeniable.
Some of the ways we at SHA help to reduce the health impacts of climate change in our communities are by taking public transportation to work a few times a week, shopping local farmers and businesses, conserving water, and recycling to minimize waste.
Small actions add up to big changes! Let’s all do our part to safeguard our environment and health for future generations.
