We are doing a hardwood floor refinish for a builder out in Ft. Worth. After running the 1st grit we noticed it was walnut species not oak. So we continued the sanding process and then carefully spot treated the hardwood floor to match their preferred aesthetic and to ensure seamless blending. Once the color treatment was accomplished perfectly, we got down to sealing the deal with a high-quality coat of oil-based polyurethane. Just updating everyone on our latest homeowner's project. After the sanding phase we dove right into the staining phase of the floor refinish, working to ensure deepen their color and visual appeal, no corners were cut in this process! Today, we found ourselves lending a hand to a customer looking to restore the beauty of their walnut hardwood floors in their latest fix & flip project. They sought our expertise due to some sections suffering from pet damage. Here's what we accomplished: We replaced the damaged areas and began the acclimation process, which is crucial for proper hardwood floor installation. This ensures the wood adapts well to its new setting, resulting in a stunning, durable finish. The walnut's natural charm will soon be back on full display. Stay tuned for the transformation!

Another day, another satisfied customer calling on our expertise! This time, the issue was a problem with LVP flooring. The client reached out to us noticing a dip in their floor. We removed the existing LVP flooring to get a better look at that bothersome dip in the concrete subfloor. As suspected, it indeed needed our master leveling skills! The task was challenging, but we got it done, ensuring a perfectly level base. And what's a job well done if we leave it at that? We then proceeded to install fresh, new LVP flooring, bringing elegance back to our dear client's home. We're contented, they're thrilled, and the flooring looks great! No task is too big for us, as every day serves as an opportunity to put our wide-ranging skills to work

We popped over to one of our favorite customers whose hardwood floor had started to show wear and tear. They called us hoping we could breathe some new life into their beautiful old flooring. We used our tried-and-true process to sand the surface evenly, smoothing away those unsightly scratches and dings. After we had a nice, smooth surface, we applied a fresh finish to really make the grain and color of the wood shine. We were proud to see the transformation and happy to have restored our customer's hardwood floor back to its original glory. Another satisfying day in the world of flooring solutions!

We popped in to assist a customer who reached out to us looking to refinish their floor. Unfortunately, the floor couldn't be sanded down, which threw a little bit of a spanner in the works. But, not to worry! We advised on a procedural change of course. We found a convenient solution by suggesting a deep clean and a light screen and coat. It's not quite the full refinish they originally envisioned, but it's going to be a definite improvement! Here's to sprucing up spaces!

We got a call from a customer today having issues with their floor rising up. Turns out the prior installer neglected to leave the necessary expansion gap between the floor and the baseboard. As a result, the floor didn't have adequate room to expand and was raising up from the tension. In response, we swung into action, ensuring the proper gap was established to allow for expansion, subsequently solving the rising floor issue. As always, we are ecstatic to provide our clients with the solutions they need for a perfect home. No problem is too big or too small for us to handle!

Today we wrapped up a minor masterpiece on our customer's hardwood floor that had seen better days. She gave us a jingle because the old finish had lost its luster and the color had faded significantly. So, what did we roll out? We brought back the glory of her grand hallway with a balanced mix of 50% classic gray and 50% natural stain color. Also, we added a matte sheen to give the floor a contemporary and subtle glow. It turned out absolutely stunning and her smile made our day! Every floor has its story, and we love adding beautiful new chapters!

We're pretty stoked to update you all on an amazing project we just wrapped up! Our customer approached us in need of some stunning new flooring and we did just that, and then some. For the kitchen, we laid down 5" Honey Hickory wood floor that added that cozy, rustic feel they were after. In the restrooms, laundry, and wet bar areas, we opted for Luxury Vinyl Tile which marries durability with style astonishingly! We hold the satisfaction of our clientele above everything and seeing their gleaming faces after the project was over makes every moment worth it.

Our customer recently enlisted our help through our website for an estimate on sanding his engineered wood floors. When we reached the site today, we found that the wear layer of the wood was too thin for a sanding job. Not to worry though, we proposed an alternative solution to make his floors shine again. We suggested a deep clean and then a screen & recoat. This approach will give the floor an entirely refreshed look, perfect for them to enjoy as they move into their new house. We always find a way to make it work!

Our customer rang us up due to water damage wreaking havoc on their powder room hardwood floor. We responded right away! Today we dove in, tearing out the damaged hardwood and letting the concrete slab underneath air dry. Once the floor conditions are optimal, we'll install brand new hardwood that has been patiently waiting in its acclimation period. After we install, we'll start a thorough sanding and finishing process. This ensures the new floor finish matches perfectly with the existing finish throughout the house. Another day, another floor rescue mission completed!

Today, we had the opportunity to help a homeowner who contacted us due to water damage on their red oak hardwood floor. The water mitigation team did an awesome job removing the wet planks and then we smoothly installed a fresh 5" Red Oak #1, filling in where the damage was most prevalent. As of now, we're taking a pause to allow it to acclimate to its new setting. This will prepare it for the next step, where we'll sand it down and finish it with a beautiful hand scraped finish, bringing it back to its original glory. We're excited to continue this project and see the final results!

Good progress made today. We have the pleasure of helping out a customer who wanted to give their kitchen a new look. The transformation began with replacing the old tile in the restrooms with our top-of-the-line, DuraLux Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) sporting a stone look. As for the kitchen floor, we swapped out the existing tile for some stunning Honey Hickory 5" Engineered Wood. They've absolutely elevated the room's elegance. We're excited how it's coming along!

We were called upon by a customer who wanted a touch of elegance added to their interior decor. They asked for 2ft long Select & better grade herringbone pattern solid hardwood flooring. The natural color was their top pick, a real classic. So, our solution? We laid down the finest quality solid hardwood in a herringbone layout, sanding and finishing it on the spot. To top it off, we applied a non-ambering polyurethane for a durable, glossy finish that doesn't yellow with time. We didn't stop there. Oh and the cherry on top - a timeless hand scraped finish.
