We enjoyed helping with these modified drag hubs. They wanted to be able to run a traditional lightweight brake setup. We had to turn down the OD, modify the register and change the bolt pattern to 5 lug screw in studs. Always something different here, and we wouldn’t have it any other way.

Doing our part to keep you from having to use the stairs. R&R bearings and gears on this escalator bull gear and gearbox.

Some fancy brass doodads we machined for an company. In one comparison pic, you can see the sample part on the left and our finished part on the right. We love the challenge of this kind of work.

Helped a customer out of a bind with our ability to cut sprockets. Fully machined and finished with teeth in house.

Some 20” mixer rollers we just finished up. Always something different around here and we love it! Machined the hubs out of 6” 4140 alloy. That’s a 3-15/16” bore with a 1” key. We had the 3/8” plate laser cut and used forklift wheels for the roller surface. Bring us your ideas and we can make them happen. #machinist #jobshop #welding #fab #madeinusa

Some road paver drive axles we finished up for a customer in Wisconsin..

Helped our buddy get back on the track after spitting the pinion gear right out of his third member. Aluminum cases are nice but you gotta have the right hardware holding them together. We welded and re machined the case, drilled out the stripped 3/8 holes and studded them with 7/16 grade 8. Also saved him a stack of hundreds over having to buy a new one.

Emergency breakdown job for a nationwide honey distributor. This drove the capping machine on the main assembly line. There was a 16 week production/delivery time to get this from overseas. Which would’ve been detrimental to the company. We got it turned around in just 3 days!
