So we always check your filters when you come in for a detail, and your oil level and tire pressure. Just a little something to add to your experience and safety on the road.

In this case, the client said he just had them changed and paid a pretty penny for the cabin air filter. Wow. Removed them and they hadn't been changed for atleast a year or two. He was disappointed.

Went ahead and changed them. Got him a discounted price, no charge for labor and cleaned up his engine bay for him. Client for life! Building relationships one client at a time.
