This lovely patient is about 3 months out from a lower deep plane face and neck lift. As she reached her late 30s she noticed changes in her neck and lower face that she wasn’t happy with. She also had a congenital oblique neck that always bothered her. Her jowls and neck line are greatly improved. Now she looks more like the way she feels.

She wanted more tip definition, a better bridge contour, and a very gentle lift. Here she is immediately after rhinoplasty. Not only is she extremely sweet and kind, she was gracious enough to allow me to share a couple of photos from her surgery.

Thick skin rhinoplasty - she was bothered by her hump as well as her droopy bulbous tip. Here she is after rhinoplasty. It’s always challenging to get more definition with thick skin. Contrary to what most people think - putting more cartilage into the nose is much better in these cases than taking cartilage away. If there is no support the thick skin had no shape and no definition.
