Congratulations to Leo for being named Team Member of the Quarter! From the moment he walks into the store, Leo brings laughter and joy to everyone around him. He consistently goes above and beyond, whether it’s wrapping cookies for the front-of-house or assisting with catering setups. Every day, he’s learning more in the kitchen and becoming increasingly independent on the sandwich line at night. Leo provides that extra boost of energy we need to close the store down efficiently. We are so grateful to have him on our team!

Marcos is a true representation of what it takes to be a McAlister's Deli team member and we are so lucky to have him!

Congrats to our Team Member of the Quarter, Fransisco! Fransisco is always eager to help with anything that is needed and anticipates the needs of the team. He helps with tasks from putting away the truck to helping out in the dining room and does it all while making anyone around him laugh.
