We are opening to the power of rest and community! Yoga Nidra and social, $12 drop in. This relaxation experience is set to a live Tibetan singing bowl sound bath followed by a community social. This is not an exercise class. Bring a blanket and 1-2 pillows from home (for under your head/knees) and a mat if you have one. We have a few loaner mats, $free to borrow. Arrive up to 20 min early to claim your spot. Door closes at 6PM to begin our experience.

Awesome! We're accepting inquiries for both! We're building upon our mission to empower wellness by expanding into the adjoining suite of our current location at the Gossard Building in Ishpeming. This means we'll have a suite for our shared CoWorks office right next door to our original Hive Studio Lounge.

Get in on the "ground floor" of this collective! There are two out of four desk spaces available in the CoWorks office (available in a couple short weeks - we're painting and setting up now), and a fairly open calendar to start securing space in the Hive Studio Lounge.

May acceptance of our own imperfections prevail. May we blossom despite our shortcomings and love ourselves into bloom.

The last time the Summer Olympics were in Paris in 1924, women made up 5% of the athletes. 100 years later women will make up 50% of athletes for the first time ever!

The 2024 Paris Olympic Games will be the first Games to reach full gender parity. Out of the 10,500 athletes participating in the Games, 5,250 will be men and 5,250 women.

Leap…

Without this extra day once every four years, we would eventually lose our seasons as we know them. This day exists solely to keep us in track with the sun and I love that thought. Chasing light to stay right. Whatever you do today, look for the light. And whilst we are doing that perhaps we can take a little leap in the direction of the sun too. Reach for something shiny you’ve been afraid to feel deserving of. It’s all about the light, this life. It’s all about staying with the light…
